Liberty HR Recruitment is absolutely delighted to be working exclusively with our client to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The business is both growing and is a fun environment to work in!
This permanent role reports into the Talent Acquisition Lead and the salary will be between £25,000 to £27,000 with a quarterly bonus depending on results.
This position is offered on a hybrid basis with 3 days working from home. There is a requirement to be in the office in Farnham on a Monday and Wednesday.
The main purpose of the role is to recruit talented people, aligned with the Company’s values, to the business to support the company growth plans.
Some of your duties will include:
- Sourcing for candidates using various platforms and tools
- Building a strong candidate pipeline
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Build long-standing relationships with internal stakeholders
- Offer advice and guidance to stakeholders
- Occasionally attend recruitment and business events
Recruitment experience is imperative, preferably agency and a minimum of 6 months!
As a person you will be organised, have excellent stakeholder and communication skills, be a great team player and be very IT literate.
