Liberty HR Recruitment are absolutely delighted to be working exclusively with our client to gain a Talent Acquisition Specialist, on a FTC, up to 6 months. This position can be fully remote or Hybrid with their offices based in Fareham.

The main purpose of the role is to provide effective recruitment solutions across the business and all associated activities.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Managing the whole recruitment life cycle.
  • Assisting managers with recruitment strategies.
  • Being responsible for continuous development of the recruitment process.
  • Keeping up to date on trends, in regards to resourcing methods.
  • Managing relationships with external suppliers.
  • Candidate searching and resourcing, creating a talent pool for key positions.
  • Providing MI reports on recruitment related activities.

Previous recruitment experience is imperative, preferably in house, along with the ability to manage multiple projects. You will also be comfortable in presenting and supporting with training.

As a person you will be flexible, organised, have excellent stakeholder and communication skills, be a great team player and be very IT literate.

This role reports into a fantastic Talent Acquisition Manager and the salary will be up to £45,000 (pro rata) depending on experience.
