Liberty HR Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a fantastic company in helping to recruit a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator. This is a full time, permanent position, based in Fareham.
You will be responsible for resourcing candidates, conducting telephone pre-screening, preparing interviews and assessments, developing relationships with PSL agencies, maintaining the company career website, preparing reports for managers and maintaining the company ATS.
You will play a key role in the growth of the business, ensuring the best possible candidates are recruited.
You will come with a minimum of 2-3 years recruitment experience, be highly organised, able to prioritise your own workload, have outstanding attention to detail, be proactive and a team player.
The salary for this position is up to £25,000 per annum plus benefits.
