Liberty HR Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with our client in supporting the recruitment of a Senior Recruitment Manager, based in Portsmouth. This is a full time, permanent position where you will be fully supported by a highly knowledgeable MD, who needs someone who likes to be kept busy!
This SME has got a great name for itself, working with some fantastic prestigious brands, and is looking to expand organically over the coming years. YOU will play an integral role in supporting this growth, being a number 2 to the MD.
Within this position you will be responsible for managing a small team, proactively managing relationships with clients, behaviour profiling, market mapping, creating candidate pools, headhunting and being involved in various projects.
Ideally you will come from a professional services background and be used to dealing with C-Level recruits.
As an individual you will be IT savvy, have gravitas, enthusiasm, drive and be an all-round positive individual!
You will also have excellent communication skills and be confident, as a lot of this role is client facing.
There is absolutely NO business development involved within this role and the successful candidate will come from an internal or agency recruitment background.
Our client is offering a salary of up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience and some fantastic benefits, including commission, as well as free on-site parking, in modern and vibrant offices, with beautiful views!
