Senior People Manager – could you lead a company’s People function?

Liberty HR Recruitment is absolutely delighted to be partnering with our client to find a Senior People Manager, on a Full Time, interim basis, with the view to go permanent. This role is based in the City of London and offers hybrid working.

Reporting to a passionate and knowledgeable Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for all the day to day people operations including; policies and procedures, recruitment, benefits, remuneration, people engagement and communications, onboarding/offboarding, learning and development and ad-hoc projects as they arise.

You will be working within a company that has approximately 60 employees with the view to grow this to 100, so if you have worked within an SME and supported its growth this would be beneficial.

As a person you will have an excellent eye for detail, be able to generate ideas and have a positive growth mindset. You will come with a CIPD qualification and relevant HR working experience. It would be advantageous if you come from a professional services background.

In return our client is offering a salary of £75,000 – £90,000 DOE, plus benefits!
