The company is looking for a like-minded, CIPD Level 7 qualified Senior HR Leader to join their professional services organisation to maintain their culture, help develop and deliver the people strategy and drive initiatives throughout the business.

As a person, you will thrive whilst empowering your team members to deliver first-class, proactive HR services through the entire employee lifecycle. You will become an ambassador for the company’s people-centric approach and offer sound business partnering support to department areas.

This role combines a strong mix of operational and strategic elements. As well as promoting the people strategy, you will also lead the HR team on all day-to-day HR matters and design policies and create practices that align with this strategy, as well as the company’s core values. You will also be responsible of the annual HR budget and make data-driven decisions.
