Senior HR Advisor (FTC to end of August ’22) – are you looking for a varied role?

Would you like to join a collaborative and busy team, where no two days are the same?

We are delighted at Liberty HR Recruitment to be working with our client on an exclusive basis in finding them a Senior HR Advisor on a fixed term contract until the end of August 2022.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, this role will be predominately focused on providing ER advice and guidance to managers, and managing case work. You will also provide advice to leadership and management teams for the TUPE process.

As an individual you will have good understanding of current Employment Law, as well as experience of TUPE process, and its associated regulations.

Some other duties you may be involved with will include;

  • Strengthening existing HR policies and procedures.
  • Developing and delivering training alongside the Learning and Development Team.
  • Delivering HR solutions that support business performance and objectives. This may include topics such as diversity and inclusion, performance issues or succession planning.

You will be used to developing positive working relationships, be passionate about HR and have excellent interpersonal skills.

This is a full time, hybrid role, working from home three days a week.  The remainder of the working week will be in the offices on the outskirts of Portsmouth.

This role is paying between £30-35k, depending on experience, plus some fantastic benefits including; free on-site parking!
