Liberty HR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a market-leading and inspirational Client who is seeking a Safeguarding and Wellbeing Advisor to work from their office in Brighton.

The successful candidate will be responsible as the lead advisor for the Company’s safeguarding and wellbeing. They will also have responsibility for promoting, coordinating and implementing the Company’s wellbeing strategy, campaigns and initiatives to ensure all teams are happy, healthy and well supported.

It is essential that you have experience of working as a Safeguarding lead and have some Counselling support experience too.

You will be educated to Degree level (or equivalent) and able to demonstrate an understanding of safeguarding legislation and statute.

In addition you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills | be well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands to an exceptionally high standard | the ability to produce and present clear factual and well produced reports | have experience of implementing evidence-based practice | have a proactive approach with the ability to use own initiative.

The successful candidates are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure at the company’s expense and should have a driving licence and access to a vehicle as some travel to various locations will be necessary.

The salary for this role will be between £28 – £30k per annum depending on experience, plus benefits.
