You will report to the Global HRD and work collaboratively with the Global Reward Manager in supporting the global FTSE100 Company. You will be involved in some key projects in the business, implementing and embedding.
Projects will include; review of compensation and mobility policies, implementation of compensation management tools, sales incentive plans, benchmarking, grades & levels streamlined globally, benefits review, gender pay gap and fostering engagement in the business.
As a person you will build credibility and trust through your ability to build strong relationships, deliver commercially sound and considered HR solutions, working effectively as part of the wider HR and business teams. You will be able to influence and challenge and be comfortable having awkward conversations in an environment of change. Excellent communication skills are paramount for this role.
You will have a proven track record in Reward and have in-depth working knowledge and understanding of Reward, gained preferably in a manufacturing / business to business, sales environment. You will have the ability to work at a strategic level to create reward packages that attract talent both internally and externally.
This role is full-time, permanent and could be based anywhere in the UK with occasional travel to Cheltenham. The salary for this position will be circa. £50k. In addition, there is a generous benefits package including; 27 days holiday, private medical care and pension contributions.
