This award-winning charity, who is incredibly passionate about developing their people, is looking to recruit a full-time Regional People Specialist, who will be part of the People Team reporting to the HR Business Partner.
This hybrid role really does come with variety!! You will be predominately based in Hertfordshire with some travel to London and Oxford. This is a really flexible role which would usually see you working 1 day in the office, 1 day on site and the rest working from home.
A driving licence and access to transport is essential for this role. All travel costs are covered.
Some of the duties you will be responsible for are; supporting the HR Business Partner in delivering the regional People Plan. You will support leaders with organisational change activity and assist the recruitment team in implementing the Workforce Plan. You will produce regular reports and analysis to be used by the HRBP at regional reviews.
As an individual you will have a proven track record in an advisory role, be a first-class communicator, have experience of working independently, be used to dealing with complex ER cases, and have experience of working with middle managers identifying and planning people needs.
In return our client is paying up to £33,000 per annum salary, £3,000 car allowance and a contributory pension scheme.

The hours for this permanent role are 37.5 hours a week which can be worked over 4 or 5 days.
