Liberty HR Recruitment is delighted to be partnered exclusively with a growing and innovative agency, based in Portsmouth, in seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their busy and dedicated team.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing and developing a warm desk and profitable business.
The desired candidate will have previous experience with (but not limited to);
- Sales generation and development of support with clients
- Identifying suitable candidates for clients’ roles
- Creating and advertising job adverts
- Management of temporary workers
- Maintain all records and activity details
- Completing RTW checks
- Market mapping and identifying areas for growth
As an individual you will be; a broad thinker, innovative and adaptive, self-motivated, a confident communicator and able to prioritise your own workloads.
The basic salary for this role is negotiable dependent on experience, plus there is a generous commission structure.
