Liberty HR Recruitment is absolutely delighted to be partnering exclusively with this Client to find a Recruitment Advisor. This role is based in Basingstoke, full-time and paying up to £35,000 plus a £2,000 car allowance and mileage paid. This position is offered on a 12-month FTC.
This will involve approximately three days of travel (across the south), one day in the office and one working from home. You will require a full driving licence and a car allowance & mileage will be paid.
Reporting to a fantastic HR Director, this role will see you being the recruitment ambassador for the company, where you will be providing a recruitment service to multiple sites across the south.
Some of the duties will include;
- Shortlisting CVs
- Organising and conducting interviews for a variety of roles
- Carrying out employee right to work checks and requesting employment references
- Creating pipelines for recruitment with third party organisations
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports
- Providing advice and coaching managers on recruitment and selection
This position is extremely varied, with no two days being the same!
You will be IT savvy and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will also come with proven recruitment experience, ideally in a multi-faceted organisation and be familiar with using an ATS.
In return you will be offered a salary up to £35,000, depending upon experience, plus a £2,000 allowance and mileage paid.
