Liberty HR Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a new client who is looking to recruit a permanent, part-time HR Advisor to join their HR Team, within a very fast-paced and growing business based in Chichester.
The successful applicant will report to the HR Director and be an integral person within HR and the business, supporting Operations.
The responsibilities for this role are very operational, administrative and generalist.
You will be responsible for the well-being programme, the application of policies and procedures, business partnering Managers, administration of the HRIS and the E-Learning system, supporting recruitment, Payroll administration, ER support, plus lots more!
Experience in an FMCG business would be very advantageous, as would a CIPD qualification and excellent MS Office Suite experience.
As a person you will be commercially aware, resilient, flexible, have enthusiasm to inspire and influence others, a genuine passion for people and be a great communicator. You will be very organised with high attention to detail.
Salary is up to £18,000 for 3 days per week, plus benefits including free parking.
