Part Time HR Advisor (FTC) – do you want a forward thinking employer?

Liberty HR Recruitment is excited to be working with our client who is a global player in its field, to find a Part Time HR Advisor, on an FTC until the end of September 2022.

Reporting to a fantastic Head of HR, you will be responsible for delivering a commercially focussed and proactive service across multiple locations, whilst supporting the long-term HR Strategic goals.

You will come from a generalist HR background and be used to advising and supporting business stakeholders on various HR Matters.

Some of the responsibilities will include;

  • Responsible for ER matters and investigations across the business
  • Support the engagement and wellbeing activities and initiatives
  • Coach, advise and support managers on performance management
  • Support change management activities
  • Review and update of policies and procedures
  • Create and produce monthly management reports
  • Ad-hoc projects as they arise

As an individual you will be CIPD L7 qualified, with demonstrable HR experience.

You will have a collaborative and consultative approach, with excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

In return, you will receive, a salary between £32-35k FTE, dependant on experience.

Ideally this role will be worked over 3 days (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) at 20 hours per week.
