Liberty HR Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a client who is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their HR Team, to be based in Portsmouth. The company has exciting growth plans and would like this individual to support them in achieving these.
They are looking to employ an experienced Recruiter who is used to working in high volume recruitment in another company or with an agency. You will be familiar with all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle and have excellent interpersonal skills.
You will work with a number of internal stakeholders to ensure that company vacancies are filled in a timely manner. You will have worked to build a talent pool of candidates with a variety of tools such as Job Boards, advertising, head-hunting, referrals, social media, LinkedIn and Facebook will all be familiar to you.
You will be responsible for completing and maintaining all of the relevant recruitment administration, creating job adverts and posting these onto online portals. You will also be responsible for managing candidate’s expectations.
As an individual you will need to have an ‘eye for detail’, have great communication skills (written and verbal), be organised, tenacious and work on your own initiative.
The salary for the position is up to £26,000, depending on experience.
