We are delighted at Liberty HR Recruitment to be working with our client, in assisting them with the search of an Interim Senior HR Business Partner. This is a full time, 4-month FTC based in Portsmouth.

Reporting into a fantastic People Lead, you will be working closely to design, develop and implement a People Agenda aligned with business goals. Driving continuous improvement, building strong and credible relationships with senior management is fundamental.

Some key duties, will include:

  • Managing the TUPE activity and process
  • You will be involved in some great HR projects and have the ability to utilise your change management and organisational development skills
  • Coaching of leaders/managers
  • Dealing with Trade unions
  • Taking ownership, of the end-to-end recruitment process – develop, engage and retain talent

Coming from a true HR generalist background, you must be able to work within a commercial, fast paced environment and have HR operations experience.

As an individual you will have a flexible working approach, be a strong influencer and come with resilience.

This role is paying up to £65k depending on experience, plus the option of hybrid working. Although you must be able to travel occasionally to other sites.
