HR Systems Manager required – do you have an HR Systems background?

Liberty HR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a great business based in Portsmouth, who are looking to recruit a full-time, permanent HR Systems Manager to join their passionate and fast paced organisation.

This is a newly created role, in which you will enable flawless, practical and efficient use of people management systems, which in turn will enable the company to make informed operational and strategic decisions about its employees.

The responsibilities of this role will encompass; developing and maintaining security of the systems | undertake regular audits of people data | ensuring appropriate processes are in place | maintain and upgrade systems as required | monitoring data quality | management reporting | troubleshooting | implementing procedures and projects.

You must keep abreast of all legislative data to ensure the company is compliant at all times. You must also be an excellent communicator and able to work collaboratively across various teams.

The successful candidate will; have sound HR knowledge | be commercially aware | process driven | have a proven track record of developing and managing HR systems | high attention to detail | will be proactive and used to working in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this position is £38,000 plus some fantastic benefits. It is office based, with plenty of free parking.
