Here at Liberty HR Recruitment, we are very proud to be working with our Client on an exclusive basis, to find that perfect person to join their team on a permanent basis as an HR Process Improvement Lead!

This is a heritage Company, based in Basingstoke. This role will see you taking the lead on the continuous improvements of key business processes.

You will be responsible for identifying, initiating and implementing process improvements working with a variety of stakeholders across the business.

This is a very exciting role that you really can make your own, as well as making a tangible difference!

You must be an excellent communicator who can work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business. Reporting into a fantastic Head of Shared Services, it is very desirable that you will have previous experience of improving employee/customer experience and have a proven track record of utilising process improvement methods to successfully drive the business forward.

The successful candidate will also have; strong analytical skills | an infinity with systems | excellent organisational skills | integrity | and be used to working in a fast-paced/high volume environment.

The business has adopted a hybrid approach of working and you would need to work a minimum of 2 days in the office. There is also plenty of free parking on site.

In return you will receive;

A salary of up to £60k DOE, a bonus of up to 12% plus LOTS of fantastic benefits!!;
