Liberty HR Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a great business based in Havant who are looking to recruit a ‘can do’ permanent HR Operations Manager to join their fast-paced and people-focused organisation.
The successful applicant will report to the HR Director, who is very collaborative, hard-working, positive and good fun too!
The responsibilities for this role are very operational and generalist, covering the full employee lifecycle and day-to-day delivery of HR, in line with the HR strategy, including;
Ensuring policies and procedures are up to date and efficient | Payroll support | Performance Management | Wellbeing Programme developed and implemented | Recruitment & PSL management | Metrics | Engagement initiatives | HRIS management | OD support
You would be working in an FMCG manufacturing business, so experience of this industry or retail sector would be very favourable. Although this industry often has a lot of disciplinary and grievance matters to deal with, this company has very few as they have an extremely settled and happy workforce with minimal attrition!
As a person you will have a genuine passion for people, be collaborative, honest, a great communicator, transparent, flexible, inclusive and have integrity. You will have high attention to detail and be very organised with the ability to multi-task.
Salary for this post is up to £50,000 full-time / £40,000 for 4 days per week, plus benefits including free parking. You will also be able to work from home occasionally.
You will be ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified (at a minimum CIPD Level 5) and must have a full UK drivers’ licence and access to a vehicle.
