Liberty HR Recruitment are absolutely delighted to be working exclusively with our client to find an HR Officer on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role based in Petersfield.

This varied role is sat within a small, but perfectly formed team. The main purpose of the role is to support the HR Manager in the operation and development of the HR function.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Monitoring and tracking sickness and annual leave
  • Assisting with onboarding and company inductions
  • Dealing with any enquiries into the department
  • Being responsible for the administration of the HR function
  • Ensuring that all employee files, records and trackers are up to date
  • Undertaking pre-employment checks, including right to work, references etc.

Previous experience in a similar role is imperative. A CIPD qualification would be advantageous, however, this is not essential.

As a person you will be flexible, organised, IT savvy and be confident in talking to colleagues at all levels and be comfortable delivering inductions to groups.

This role reports directly to a very supportive HR Manager and the salary will be up to £30,000 depending on experience. This role also benefits from a yearly bonus, dependent upon company success, free parking, etc.
