This company is looking for an HR Officer to join their small but perfectly formed HR team!

You will support the HR Manager and the HR Advisor and help provide great HR support to the business.

As a generalist HR professional you will be the first point of contact for HR in the business for low level HR queries. Your main focus will be recruitment, employee well-being and learning & development. You will therefore need to come with experience in these areas.  An engineering, manufacturing, SME background would certainly be a plus!

Some of your duties will include;

  • Main contact for recruitment activity; advertising on social media and job boards and working with agencies.
  • Manage the on-boarding and induction process for the business.
  • First line support for HR queries and administration of HR related documentation.
  • Process HR data and provide statistics and monthly reports.

The HR Officer will need to be;

  • A team player who is also an excellent communicator, both in written and verbal
  • Very conversant with Microsoft Suite, including intermediate Excel
  • An organised and meticulous administrator with a strong eye for detail
  • Able to use their own initiative and work requiring minimal supervision / guidance
  • Fast paced, with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Honest, approachable, professional with high integrity
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified – or working towards

In return you will receive a salary up to £28,000 and the following benefits;
