Liberty HR Recruitment is searching for an HR Manager to join a busy and welcoming team, based in Southampton. This is a full time, FTC up to May 2023, with the option to work one day a week from home after probation.

Reporting to a fantastic Head of HR, you will be responsible providing advice and support on a wide range of HR topics.

In this varied role, you will be involved with performing a range of tasks, such as;

  • Providing advice and guidance to staff and managers on HR related matters
  • Covering the Head of HR role when required
  • Take a lead on recruitment and selection
  • Overseeing staff induction process
  • Responsible for ensuring policies and procedures are compliant
  • Assist with relevant HR projects
  • Attending relevant meetings, external events and workshops.

As a person, you will;

  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience
  • Possess good working IT knowledge including Word & Excel
  • Have exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Be able to work on own initiative

Our client is willing to pay up to £36,465 pro rata, depending on experience for the right candidate.
