Liberty HR Recruitment is absolutely delighted to be working exclusively with our client to find an HR Manager for their growing business! This is a full time, permanent position based in Fareham with the potential to work from home 1-2 days a week.
This role will focus on driving the development of talent and ensuring that the right skills are sourced to ensure the successful delivery of the company organisational strategy.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing all aspects of learning, talent and organisational development.
- Creating, developing and reviewing HR policies and procedures.
- Providing HR solutions for employee relations, performance management and employee engagement issues.
- Advising, guiding and coaching managers.
- Presenting HR data and providing reports and analysis.
A CIPD qualification is essential for this position. Previous HR related experience is also imperative as well as possessing a real passion for employee engagement.
As a person you will have excellent communication and reporting skills as well as experience of successfully managing a recruitment team. This will also include implementing and suggesting successful strategies for staff retention.
This role reports directly to the CEO and the salary will be between £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience.
