HR Coordinator required – are you an HR Professional available for an IMMEDIATE start?

Are you looking for a Full or Part Time position in a very busy and multifaceted role, and are immediately available?

Liberty HR Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with our client in looking for a Full or Part Time HR Coordinator.  The role will be to support the HR Manager in the delivery of a proactive and efficient HR service.

As the HR Coordinator some of your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

Managing the Recruitment Process | Shortlisting and scheduling interviews | Starters and Leavers | Maintain and Update HR Records | Provide HR Reports and Analysis | Assist in Projects | General HR Administration

This is a temporary position, for a minimum of 3-4 weeks, with the potentially to go longer, to support the team with a leave of absence.

The ideal candidate will be level 3 CIPD qualified as a minimum and come with 2 years hands on HR experience. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be energetic, creative and have a good understanding of employment legislation. You must also be computer literate and used to working in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this position is paying £26,500 FTE per annum and you must be able to work 20-25 hours per week as a minimum (flexible days and hours). The role is based in Winchester and has free parking. Please only apply if you are immediately available.
