Are you an experienced HR Coordinator looking to work within a fast-paced environment?
Liberty HR Recruitment is pleased to be working exclusively with our client to source a HR Coordinator on a permanent basis who will be supporting the HR function by providing advice as well as mentoring and coaching other members of staff. You will be helping to support with the delivery of the people strategy and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Be the first point of contact of HR queries
- Sickness absence reporting
- Dealing with low-level ER casework
- Maintaining company database and updating employee records
- Directing managers with queries
- Occasional note taking
This role will suit someone who has a foundation level of HR experience and is looking to build on that.
In return, the client is offering circa £28,000, as well as flexible start and finish times and the ability to work from home 1 day per week. This role is based in Southampton.
