Liberty HR Recruitment is excited to be working exclusively with a new client in the search for a permanent, full-time HR Business Partner to join the team based in Southampton. Employees in this business tend to be friendly, ‘down to earth’ and hard-working.
Reporting to a fantastic Head of HR, you will be used to working and influencing stakeholders in a business and ensuring HR has a ‘presence’ by being visible and approachable. You will not be scared to get your ‘hands dirty’ and get involved in changing priorities. You will be used to working at pace. This is a Hybrid role with two days a week working from home. There is also occasional travel to branches located in Hampshire.
Although this role is HR generalist in nature, it also has an L&D element, with potentially 20% of your role involving L&D. It will therefore be beneficial if you have L&D experience or have an interest in L&D and would be able to share your ideas. Comp. & Bens. experience would also be very advantageous!!
This role may suit someone who is already working at HR BP level or alternatively someone who is a Senior HR Advisor who would like to secure their first HR BP role.
You will have the following;
- Preferably be CIPD qualified or with relevant HR experience
- Experience of working across multiple sites and industries
- The ability to handle various tasks and projects at any given time
- Be confident, people focused, organised with strong attention to detail
Our client is willing to pay a salary of up to £40,000, depending on experience for the right candidate. Working hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. There are also some fantastic benefits on offer, including; free parking.
