Liberty HR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a new client based close to Hedge End, Southampton, in looking for an HR Advisor. This newly created role will be supporting the Head of HR and Managers, working closely with the HR team to deliver an efficient and valuable HR service. You will need to be resilient and used to working in a fast paced environment.
Working closely with the HR Manager your main duties will include; managing casework, recruitment and selection, grievances, organisational change, contracts, updating policies and procedures, absence management and supervising one other within the HR team.
The ideal candidate will be working towards or already level 7 CIPD qualified (or level 5 qualified with the relevant experience). You will come with a good generalist background and keep updated with employment legislation. Working knowledge of safeguarding and DBS checks would be highly advantageous. You will also be professional, articulate, able to prioritise own workload and come with excellent interpersonal skills, to build and maintain relationships with line managers.

The salary for this position will be up to £35,000 per annum, plus benefits.
