Would you like to join a fast growing Company in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire, which is a UK leading specialist in its field?

Liberty HR Recruitment are absolutely delighted to be working exclusively with our client to find an HR Advisor who will be involved in the full-employee lifecycle.

This is a permanent, full-time position, with the option of working from home 2 days a week once embedded into the business.

As a generalist HR professional, some of your duties will include:

  • Working collaboratively with Managers and the SLT, providing comprehensive and timely advice on ER issues, HR Policy and employment law
  • Project managing any organisational changes
  • Investigating complex queries
  • Updating and creating HR policies where required

You will work closely with stakeholders in the business to develop successful relationships and you will be a key contributor to the business’s decision-making process.

As an individual you will have excellent engagement and interpersonal skills, be pro-active, able to influence, organised, and IT savvy!

Ideally you will be at least CIPD Level 5 qualified and hold a current, clean UK driving licence.

This role reports directly into a fantastic HR Operations manager and the salary will be up to £37,000 per annum as well as also offering a bonus scheme, paying up to £7,500 per annum.
