Liberty HR Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with our client who is looking to recruit a permanent, full time HR Advisor to join their small, but perfectly formed team within a very fast-paced and growing business based in Chichester.
Reporting to a fabulous and supportive HR Manager, the main purpose of this role is to support the delivery of an efficient and effective HR service.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the recruitment process
- Take responsibility for the onboarding and offboarding
- Become a system super user, for HR, payroll and time & attendance
- Support the L&D administration
- Collate information for payroll purposes
- Support with maintaining company ED&I and relevant audits
- Ad-hoc general administrative duties
Experience in an FMCG business would be advantageous, as would a CIPD qualification, however, this isn’t essential.
As a person you will have a positive disposition, be IT savvy, flexible and an excellent communicator. You will have a genuine passion for people and be happy to “roll your sleeves up” and be involved in all aspects of the business.
In return our client is offering a salary of circa £30,000 office based, and offering some fantastic benefits including; 5% pension, company events, life assurance and healthcare cash plan!
