Liberty HR Recruitment are really excited to be working with our client in the search for a Head of Reward. Based in modern offices on the outskirts of Crawley reporting to the Chief People and Technology Officer.
Projects will include; development and execution of the Reward strategy, reviewing the company benefits scheme and conducting job evaluation and bench marking.
You will have a proven track record of strategic and operational Reward experience, history of operating in a PLC. You would have also previously worked in a fast-paced commercial environment. International experience would also be an advantage.
You will have the ability to work at a strategic level to create reward packages that attract talent both internally and externally.
As a person you will build credibility and trust through your ability to build strong relationships, deliver commercially sound and considered HR solutions. You will be able to influence and challenge and possess excellent communication skills. Your Excel, analytical and reporting skills will also be top notch!
This role is full-time, permanent and the salary for this position will be up to £90,000. In addition, there is an excellent benefits package including; 26 days holiday, private medical care, share options and generous pension contributions.
