This company has fantastic growth plans, so it would be a great opportunity to join them and be part of a highly engaged HR team.
Reporting to the HRD, you will be part of the SLT providing strategic advice and support and have an L&D Advisor reporting into you. You will play a business-critical role in talent management, succession planning and career development programmes. You will also have a desire to digitise this department to ensure all managers and employees are aware of development that can be provided.
This is a strategic role enabling you to lead numerous L&D projects, oversee the annual L&D programme, collaborate and work closely with the HRD and manage the L&D budget.
As a person you will have business acumen, be innovative, build strong stakeholder relationships and have exceptional communication skills. It is essential that you are CIPD qualified or hold an L&D qualification. A coaching qualification would be very desirable. Experience in project management would also be advantageous.
This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working. There will be occasional travel to the other offices. The salary is up to £60,000, plus numerous benefits including;
