Would you like to put your stamp on a brand-new role, setting up an HR function for a growing global company?

Liberty HR Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client on an exclusive basis, on their search for a Head of HR. This full time, permanent role is offered with hybrid working in London.

In this standalone position within an SME business, you will be responsible for the full HR function, from recruitment to developing the people strategy. As the company grows and your role evolves, you will be able to grow and develop your own team.

Some of your responsibilities will include;

  • Lead on core activities, initiatives and policies related to recruitment, management, culture, engagement, wellbeing, retention, and learning & development
  • Optimise and configure the GR system software (Citrus)
  • Manage the HR budget
  • Identify potential policy and contract changes and bring them up to date and ensuring they align with group policies
  • Advise and support managers and stakeholders

The ideal candidate will ideally come with international HR experience and used to working within a professional and SME environment. A CIPD qualification would be advantageous, however relevant working experience is imperative.

As a person you will possess excellent communication skills, flexible in your approach, creative and IT literate.

You must be comfortable and confident working within a diverse and multi-cultural environment, across different time zones.

In return our client is offering a salary of between £40 – 50k, DOE, plus some fantastic benefits including; 6 weeks annual leave and generous pension.
