As a person you will be;
- Resilient, pragmatic, commercially minded.
- You will preferably have a background in recruitment and worked in both SME and Corporate businesses.
- Experience of working in a start-up and having had a hand in helping them grow would be beneficial.
- You must have worked with a minimum of 500 employees recently.
- It is a very fast paced business, so you must have experience of this.
In return you will receive a generous package;
Salary is up to £120k per annum depending upon experience and there are some great benefits too!
The successful applicant will be CIPD qualified, preferably to Level 7 and have a full driving licence. There will be an opportunity to work from home up to 2 days a week.
